Common use of Waiver of Demand Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Demand. The Borrower (i) waives demand, presentment, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor of this Agreement; (ii) consents to any and all extensions of time, renewals, waivers, or modifications that may be granted by the Bank with respect to the payment or other provisions of this Agreement; and (iii) agrees that makers, endorsers, guarantors, and sureties for the indebtedness evidenced hereby may be added or released without notice to the Borrower and without affecting the Borrower's liability hereunder. The liability of the Borrower hereunder shall be absolute and unconditional.
