Waiver of Events of Default; Forbearance. Mortgagee may in its discretion waive any Event of Default hereunder and its consequences and rescind any declaration of acceleration of principal. No forbearance by Mortgagee in the exercise of any right or remedy hereunder shall affect the ability of Mortgagee to thereafter exercise any such right or remedy.
