Waiver of Homestead and Other Exemptions. To the extent permitted by law, Mortgagor hereby waives all rights to any homestead or other exemption to which Mortgagor would otherwise be entitled under any present or future constitutional, statutory, or other provision of applicable state or federal law. Mortgagor hereby waives any right it may have to require Mortgagee to marshal all or any portion of the security for the Secured Obligations.
