Waiver of Homestead and Other Exemptions. To the extent permitted by law, Grantor hereby waives all rights to any homestead or other exemption to which Grantor would otherwise be entitled under any present or future constitutional, statutory, or other provision of applicable state or federal law. Grantor hereby waives any right it may have to require Beneficiary to marshal all or any portion of the security for the Secured Obligations.
