Waiver of Inconsistent Statutes. The parties’ rights and obligations in the event of damage or destruction shall be governed by the provisions of this Lease; accordingly, Tenant waives the provisions of California Civil Code Sections 1932(2) and 1933(4), and any other statute, code or judicial decisions that grants a tenant a right to terminate a lease in the event of damage or destruction of a leased premises.
