Waiver of Insurance Premium Funds. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6.3 and subject to Section 6.5 below, Borrower shall be relieved of its obligation to make deposits of Insurance Premium Funds under Section 6.3.1 above, provided that (a) Mortgage Borrower is required to and does make deposits to the Insurance Premium Fund under the Mortgage Loan Documents and (b) Lender receives evidence acceptable to it of the making of such deposits and of the payment of all such Insurance Premiums.
