Waiver of Jury and Class Action. By this Agreement, both you and CenturyLink are waiving rights to litigate claims or disputes in court (except small claims court as set forth in paragraph (a) above). Both you and CenturyLink also waive the right to a jury trial on your respective claims, and waive any right to pursue any claims on a class or consolidated basis or in a representative capacity.
