Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action. You herebyknowingly, voluntarily and intentionallywaive (1) anyright to trial by jury you may have or (2) any right you may have to participate in or be represented in any call or representative action in any suit, action or proceeding in law or in equity, in connection with this Agreement or any transactions related hereto. You represent and warrant that no representative or agent of the other party has represented, expressly or otherwise, that the other party will not, in the event of litigation, seek to enforce this jury trial and class action waiver.
