Common use of Waiver of Jury Trial and Right to Counterclaim Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Jury Trial and Right to Counterclaim. Each party hereby waives all right to trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim arising out of or in any way connected with the Sublease, the relationship of Sublessor and Subtenant, the Subleased Premises and the use and occupancy thereof, and any claim of injury or damages.
