Common use of WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL; EQUITABLE RELIEF Clause in Contracts

WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL; EQUITABLE RELIEF. (a) The parties irrevocably waive trial by jury in any Action relating to this Agreement or any other Transaction Document and for any counterclaim with respect thereto. (b) In the event of any breach of the provisions of this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents, the non-breaching party shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including in the form of injunctions and orders for specific performance, where the applicable legal standards for such relief in such courts are met, in addition to all other remedies available to the non-breaching party with respect thereto at law or in equity.
