Waiver of Jury Trial; Submission to Jurisdiction. The provisions of Section 14.10 (Waiver of Jury Trial) and Section 14.13 (Submission to Jurisdiction) of the Indenture shall apply to this Second Supplemental Indenture, mutatis mutandis.
