Common use of Waiver of Jury Trials Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Jury Trials. Lessee and Lessor hereby irrevocably waive all right to trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim (whether based on contract, tort or otherwise) arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the actions of Lessor or Lessee in the negotiation, administration, performance or enforcement hereof.
