Common use of Waiver of Laws Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Laws. The Local Agency shall not at any time insist upon or plead in any manner whatsoever, or claim or take the benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law now or at any time hereafter in force that may affect the covenants and agreements contained in this Trust Agreement or in the Bonds, and all benefit or advantage of any such law or laws is hereby expressly waived by the Local Agency to the extent permitted by law.
