WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. 1. In consideration for participating in the GHSA “3-Point Shooting” contest, I hereby release, waive, and discharge not to sue the GEORGIA HIGH SCHOOL ASSOCIATION AND OFFICIERS, HOST VENUES/FACILITIES, CONTEST OFFICIALS, AND EMPOYEES from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained to me, or any property belonging to me, WHETHER CUASED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES, or otherwise, while participating in this activity, or while on the premises where the activity is being conducted or in transportation to and from the venue/facility.
