WAIVER OF LIEN BY SUBLESSEE. Sublessee shall have no right, and Sublessee hereby waives and relinquishes all rights which Sublessee might otherwise have, to claim any nature of lien against the Subleased Premises or to withhold, deduct from or offset against any Rent or other sums to be paid to Sublessor by Sublessee, except as expressly provided under this Sublease.
