Waiver of Marshalling and Similar Rights; Waiver Under UCC. (i) Each of the Junior Secured Parties waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any requirement regarding, and agrees not to demand, request, plead or otherwise claim the benefit of, any marshalling, appraisement, valuation or other similar right with respect to the Junior Collateral that may otherwise be available under applicable law or any other similar rights a junior creditor or junior secured creditor may have under applicable law, as against any Senior Secured Party (in their capacity as priority lienholders).
