Common use of Waiver of Notice and Redemption Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notice and Redemption. Tenant hereby waives (a) the service of any notice of intention to reenter; and (b) all rights of Tenant to redeem the Premises or to restore the operation of this Lease after Tenant shall have been dispossessed or ejected therefrom by process of law or under the terms of this Lease or after any expiration or termination of this Lease, whether such dispossess, ejection, expiration or termination shall be by operation of law or pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
