Common use of Waiver of Notice and Redemption Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notice and Redemption. Tenant hereby waives (a) the service of any notice of intention to re-enter and (b) all rights of Tenant to redeem the Premises or to restore the operation of this Lease, after (i) Tenant shall have been dispossessed or ejected by a judgment or by warrant of any court, (ii) any re-entry by Landlord or (iii) any expiration or termination of this Lease and the Lease Term, whether such dispossession, ejection, re-entry, expiration or termination shall be by operation of law or pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
