Common use of Waiver of Notice; Minutes Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notice; Minutes. Attendance of a member of the Operating Committee at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except where a member attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting, at the beginning of such meeting, to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened. Minutes of all meetings of the Operating Committee shall be kept and retained in the records of the Company.
