Waiver of Notice of Acceptance. Each Guarantor waives (i) notice of acceptance of this Guaranty, (ii) notice of any action taken or omitted by the Beneficiary in reliance on this Guaranty, and (iii) any requirement that the Beneficiary be diligent or prompt in making demands under this Guaranty, giving notice of any default by the Borrower or asserting any other rights of the Beneficiary under this Guaranty.
