Maker, its permitted successors or assigns, and all persons liable hereon or liable for the payment of this Note, hereby waive presentment for payment, demand, protest, and notice of demand, protest, and nonpayment, and consent to any and all renewals, extensions or modifications that might be made by Payee as to the time of payment of this Note from time to time.
