Common use of Waiver of Notice of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notice of Meeting. Whenever notice of a Board meeting is required to be given, a written waiver of notice, signed by the Manager entitled to notice, whether before or after the time of the meeting, is equivalent to notice. A Manager’s attendance at a meeting is a waiver of notice of that meeting, except when the Manager attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting, at the beginning of the meeting, to the transaction of any business because the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
