Common use of Waiver of Notice under Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notice under Existing Credit Agreement. By its execution hereof, each undersigned Lender that also is a party to the credit agreement referred to in Section 6.01(c) hereby waives the provisions of such credit agreement that would require advance notice for the termination of commitments thereunder; provided that the foregoing waiver shall apply only to the termination of all commitments under such credit agreement and repayment of all loans outstanding thereunder in connection with the effectiveness of this Agreement.
