Common use of Waiver of Notices, etc Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Notices, etc. Guarantor hereby waives notice of (a) any loans or advances made by Bank to Borrower, (b) acceptance of this Guaranty, (c) any amendment or extension of the Loan Agreement, the Notes or of any other instrument or document pertaining to all or any part of the Obligations, (d) the execution and delivery by Borrower and Bank of the Loan Agreement or of Borrower's execution and delivery of any promissory notes or other documents in connection therewith, (e) Bank's transfer or disposition of the Obligations, or any part thereof, (f) protest, proof of non-payment or default by Borrower, or (g) any other action at any time taken or omitted by Bank, and, generally, all demands and notices of every kind in connection with this Guaranty, or any documents or agreements evidencing, securing or relating to any of the Obligations, except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
