Waiver of Notices Not Provided for in this Lease. Tenant expressly waives the service of any notice of intention to terminate this Lease or to reenter the Premises and waives the service of any demand for payment of rent or for possession and waives the service of any and every other notice or demand prescribed by any ordinance, statute or other law (except as expressly otherwise provided in this Lease) and agrees that the breach of any covenants or agreements provided in this Lease shall, in and of itself, without the service of any notice or demand whatever (except as expressly otherwise provided in this Lease), constitute a forcible detainer by Tenant of the Premises.
