Waiver of objection to jurisdiction. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably waives (and irrevocably agrees not to raise) any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction in which court proceedings are permitted to be brought under the provisions of Clause 16 and any claim of forum non conveniens and further irrevocably agrees that a judgment in any proceedings brought in any such court shall be conclusive and binding upon it and may be enforced in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
