Common use of Waiver of objections Clause in Contracts

Waiver of objections. Except for Settlement Class members who opt out of the Settlement Class in compliance with the foregoing, all Settlement Class Members will be deemed to be members of the Settlement Class for all purposes under this Agreement, the Final Approval Order, and the Releases set forth in this Agreement and, unless they have timely asserted an objection to the Settlement, shall be deemed to have waived all objections and opposition to the fairness, reasonableness, and adequacy of the Settlement.
