Common use of Waiver of objections Clause in Contracts

Waiver of objections. Each Borrower irrevocably agrees to waive any objection to any court specified in this Clause, whether on the grounds of venue, or on the grounds that the forum is not appropriate. Each Borrower further irrevocably agrees that a judgment of any court specified in this Clause shall be conclusive and binding upon them and may be enforced in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
