WAIVER OF PERSONAL LIABILITY OF ISSUER MEMBERS, ETC. No member, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer, and no officer, official, agent or employee of the State or any department, board or agency of the Issuer or the State shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the principal of or premium or interest on the Bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or by this Indenture.
