Common use of Waiver of Personal Liability Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Personal Liability. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no member, officer or employee of the Authority or the City shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any moneys, including without limitation, the principal of or interest on the Bonds, but nothing contained herein shall relieve any member, officer or employee of the City or the Authority from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law, by the Lease Agreement or hereby.

Waiver of Personal Liability. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no No member, officer officer, agent or employee of the Authority Agency or the City shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any moneys, including without limitation, the principal of or interest on the Bonds, 2010 Bonds or for anything else contained in this Fiscal Agent Agreement; but nothing herein contained herein shall relieve any such member, officer officer, agent or employee of the City or the Authority from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law, by the Lease Agreement or hereby.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no No member, officer officer, agent or employee of the Authority Community Facilities District or the City shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any moneys, including without limitation, the principal of or premium or interest on the Bonds, Bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance thereof; but nothing herein contained herein shall relieve any membersuch officer, officer agent or employee of the City or the Authority from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law, law or by the Lease Agreement or herebythis Indenture.

Waiver of Personal Liability. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no No member, officer Board member, officer, agent or employee of the Authority or any officer, agent or employee of the City shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any moneys, including without limitation, the principal of or interest on the BondsBonds or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Lease Agreement, but nothing herein contained herein shall relieve any such member, officer Board member, officer, agent or employee of the City or the Authority from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law, law or by the this Lease Agreement or herebyAgreement.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contraryNo Councilmember, no memberofficer, officer agent or employee of the Authority or the City Town shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the principal of, or interest or any moneys, including without limitationpremium on, the principal of or interest on the Reassessment Bonds, ; but nothing herein contained herein shall relieve any such member, officer officer, agent or employee of the City or the Authority from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law, by the Lease Agreement or hereby.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contraryNo officer, no member, officer director or employee of the City, the Authority or the City Trustee shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any moneysthe interest or principal or redemption premiums, including without limitationif any, the principal of or interest on the Bonds, but nothing contained herein shall relieve any memberofficer, officer director or employee of the Authority, the City or the Authority Trustee from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law, law or by the Lease Agreement Installment Purchase Contract or hereby.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, no No member, officer or employee of the Authority or the City shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of any moneys, including without limitation, the principal of or Redemption Price of, and interest on the BondsBonds by reason of their delivery, but nothing herein contained herein shall relieve any such member, officer or employee of the City or the Authority from the performance of any official duty provided by any applicable provisions of law, by the Lease Agreement law or hereby.
