Common use of Waiver of Personal Liability Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer or employee of the Authority or the County shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the interest on or principal of or redemption premiums, if any, on the Bonds by reason of their issuance, but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law or hereby.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer or employee of the Authority County or the County Corporation shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the principal, interest on or principal of premium evidenced by the Certificates or redemption premiums, if any, on the Bonds be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of their issuance, the execution and delivery thereof; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law law, by this Trust Agreement or herebyby the Lease Agreement.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer officer, agent or employee of the Authority Community Facilities District or the County shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the interest on or principal of or redemption premiums, if any, premium or interest on the Bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of their issuance, the issuance thereof; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions provision of law or herebyby this Indenture.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer or employee of the Authority or the County shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the interest on or principal of or redemption Prepayment premiums, if any, on the Bonds Obligations by reason of their issuance, but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law or hereby.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer or employee of the Authority Local Agency or the County Local Agency shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the interest on or principal of or redemption premiums, if any, on the Bonds by reason of their issuance, but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law or hereby.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer or employee of the Authority or the County City shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the interest on or principal of or redemption premiums, if any, on the Bonds by reason of their issuance, but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law or hereby.

No member, officer officer, agent or employee of the Authority County, and no officer, official, agent or employee of the County State or any department, board or agency of the State shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the interest on or principal of or redemption premiums, if any, premium or interest on the Bonds or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of their issuance, the issuance of the Bonds; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law or herebyby this Indenture.

No member, officer office, agent or employee of the Authority Successor Agency, the County or the County Auditor-Controller shall be individually or personally personal liable for the payment of the interest on or principal of or interest or redemption premiums, premium (if any, ) on the Bonds by reason of their issuance, Bonds; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law or herebylaw.

Waiver of Personal Liability. Waiver of Personal Liability. No member, officer officer, agent or employee of the Authority or any director, officer, agent or employee of the Corporation, or the County shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the any principal (or redemption price) of or interest on the Series 2018A Bonds or principal of any other sum hereunder or redemption premiums, if any, on under the Bonds Indenture or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of their issuance, the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained shall relieve any such member, officer director, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by the Act or any other applicable provisions of law or herebyby this Loan Agreement.
