Common use of Waiver of Personal Liability Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member of the Board and no officer, agent, or employee of the District, or of any department or agency thereof, shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the principal of or interest on the Loan, but nothing contained herein shall relieve any such member, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or hereby.

Waiver of Personal Liability. No member of the Board and no of Supervisors, officer, agent, agent or employee of the District, or of any department or agency thereof, Governmental Lender shall be individually or personally liable for the payment of the any principal (or prepayment price) of or interest on the Loan, Funding Loan or any other sum hereunder or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution and delivery of this Borrower Loan Agreement; but nothing herein contained herein shall relieve any such membermember of the Board of Supervisors, officer, agent or employee from the performance of any official duty provided by law or herebyby this Borrower Loan Agreement.
