Common use of Waiver of pre-emption rights Clause in Contracts

Waiver of pre-emption rights. The Seller waives and shall procure the waiver of all rights of pre-emption over or other rights to restrict transfer of the Shares conferred either by the constitutional documents of the Company or in any other way.

Waiver of pre-emption rights. The Seller hereby waives and undertakes to procure that any other person having such rights shall procure the waiver of waive all and any rights of pre-emption over or other rights to restrict transfer of the Shares whether conferred either by the constitutional documents Company’s Articles of the Company Association or in any other wayotherwise.
