Waiver of pre-emption rights. The Mortgagor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives any rights it may have under the constitutional documents of the Borrower or otherwise to purchase the Shares or Related Assets or other Collateral in the event that they are or are proposed to be transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of pursuant to the provisions of this Deed.
