WAIVER OF PRESENTMENT, ACCEPTANCE. The parties hereto, including all guarantors or endorsers, hereby waive presentment, demand, notice, protest and all other demands and notices in connection with the delivery, acceptance, performance and enforcement of this Note, except as specifically provided herein. The Holder of this Note by acceptance hereof agrees to be bound by the provisions of the Notes which are expressly binding on the Holder.
