Common use of Waiver of Presentment Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Presentment. Maker, on behalf of itself and its successors and assigns, hereby waives diligence, presentment, protest and demand and notice of protest, demand, dishonor and nonpayment of this Note and Pledge, and expressly agrees that this Note and Pledge, or any payment hereunder, may be extended from time to time and that Holder may accept security for this Note and Pledge or release security for this Note and Pledge, all without in any way affecting the liability of Maker hereunder.
