Waiver of Purchase Right. Any Optionee who fails during the periods specified above to given written notice of exercise of such Optionee’s Purchase Right shall be deemed to have waived such Purchase Right with respect to the Offered Shares, subject to the provisions of Section 6 hereof. If any such period expires on a day which is not a business day, the period shall be extended until the end of the next business day.
