Common use of Waiver of Redemption Rights Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Redemption Rights. Tenant, for Tenant, and on behalf of any and all persons claiming through or under Tenant, including creditors of all kinds, does hereby waive and surrender all right and privilege which they or any of them might have under or by reason of any present or future law, to redeem the Demised Premises or to have a continuance of this lease for the term hereby demised after being dispossessed or ejected therefrom by process of law or under the terms of this lease or after the termination of the term of this lease as herein provided. Tenant also waives the provisions of any law now or hereafter in effect relating to notice and delay in levy of execution in case of an eviction or dispossess of a tenant for non-payment of rent.
