Common use of Waiver of Redemption Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or future laws in the event of Tenant being evicted or dispossessed for any cause, or in the event of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, by reason of the violation by Tenant of any of the terms or conditions of this Lease or otherwise, including, without limitation, the redemption rights set forth in Section 504.02 of the Minnesota Statutes.

Waiver of Redemption. Tenant hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption granted by or under any present or future laws law in the event this Lease is terminated, or in the event Landlord obtains possession of the Premises, or in the event Tenant being is evicted or dispossessed for any cause, or in the event of Landlord obtaining possession of the Premises, by reason of the violation by Tenant of any of the terms or conditions of this Lease or otherwise, including, without limitation, the redemption rights set forth in Section 504.02 of the Minnesota Statutes.
