Tenant (for itself and all others claiming through Tenant) hereby irrevocably waives and releases its rights to redemption and reinstatement under any present or future case law or statutory provision (including, without limitation, Sections 473, 1174 and 1179 of the California Code of Civil Procedure and Section 3275 of the California Civil Code) in the event that Tenant is dispossessed from the Premises for any reason.
