Waiver of Reference Pool Servicer Termination Events. The related Exchange Noteholder may waive a Reference Pool Servicer Termination Event by notifying the Servicer, each Titling Company, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent. On the waiver, the Reference Pool Servicer Termination Event will be considered not to have occurred. No waiver will extend to any other Reference Pool Servicer Termination Event or impair a right relating to any other Reference Pool Servicer Termination Event.
