Common use of Waiver of Repurchase Right Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Repurchase Right. Each of the Investment Limited Partner and the Special Limited Partner shall have the right to irrevocably waive its right to have its Interest repurchased pursuant to any clause or clauses of Section 5.2(a), or any portion thereof, at any time during which any of such rights shall be in effect. Such a waiver shall be exercised by delivery to the General Partner of a written notice stating that the rights being waived pursuant to any specified clause or clauses of Section 5.2(a), or any specified portion thereof, are thereby waived for a specified period of time.
