Waiver of Requirements. Any of the requirements of this HOME/HOPWA Regulatory Agreement may be expressly waived by the County in writing, but no waiver by the County of any requirement of this HOME/HOPWA Regulatory Agreement extends to or affects any other provision of this HOME/HOPWA Regulatory Agreement, and may not be deemed to do so.
