Common use of Waiver of Rescission Option Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Rescission Option. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the parties hereto expressly agree and acknowledge that if the Medical Group shall fail to deliver the Rescission Notice prior to the end of the Rescission Period, then the Medical Group shall be deemed to have expressly and irrevocably waived its right to rescind this Agreement and to disengage itself from its obligations hereunder.
