Common use of Waiver of Right of Partition Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Right of Partition. Each of the Partners does hereby agree to and does hereby waive any right it may have to cause the Partnership’s property to be partitioned or divided among the Partners, or to file a complaint or institute any proceeding at law or in equity to cause the Partnership’s property to be partitioned or otherwise divided among the Partners.
