Common use of Waiver of Right of Recovery and Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Right of Recovery and Subrogation. Contractor waives all rights against the State of Maryland, the Maryland Department of Transportation, the Administration and their agents, officers, directors, personnel, volunteers, and representatives for recovery of damages to the extent these damages are covered by the cyber liability insurance obtained by Contractor pursuant to this Contract.
