The Pledgor acknowledges that until all the Senior Secured Obligations shall have been indefeasibly paid in full, the Pledgor shall have no right (or hereby waives any such right) of subrogation, reimbursement, or indemnity whatsoever in respect of the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower arising out of remedies exercised by the Agent hereunder.
