Common use of Waiver of Right to Decree of Dissolution Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Right to Decree of Dissolution. The parties hereby agree that irreparable damage would be done to the goodwill and reputation of the Partnership if any Partner should bring an action in court to dissolve the Partnership. Care has been taken in this Agreement to provide what the parties have determined is fair and just payment in liquidation of the interest of all Partners.
