Waiver of Right to Dispute. If Contractor declines to request a hearing to adjudicate cost disallowance, or neglects to submit a request as provided in Article 8.7.6.6, the Notice of Disallowed Costs shall be deemed final and Contractor shall be obligated to comply with the requirements of the Notice.
