Common use of Waiver of Right to Jury Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Right to Jury. By signing this Agreement, Grantee voluntarily, knowingly and intelligently waives any right he or she may have to a jury trial for all claims relating to this Agreement and any other claim relating to Grantee’s employment with Company. The Company also hereby voluntarily, knowingly, and intelligently waives any right it might otherwise have to a jury trial for all claims relating to this Agreement and any other claim relating to Grantee’s employment with the Company.
