Common use of Waiver of Rights of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Rights of Subrogation. Landlord and Tenant hereby ------------------------------- waive their rights of recovery against each other, their respective officers, directors, agents and employees for loss or damage to the Premises and any resultant business interruption to the extent covered by the insurance maintained under Section 13.1. Should any such policies of insurance require an endorsement to effect such a waiver, Tenant shall cause them to be so endorsed.
